		<description>I think Dinder deserves way more credit than he&#039;s getting. To run good for Hendrick, Roush,  Gibbs, or Childress, is not always easy. Just ask Casey Mears, but to have done as well as Dinger has done. Considering the rag tag stuff he&#039;s driven, &amp; the pressure that&#039;s been on him, &amp; the upheaval that has surrounded him. Is pretty amazing. I&#039;m sure, given the unification, he could have fled back to his comfort zone, in openwheel. To have stuck around, shows me a lot of character. This guy deserves a first class ride, with a solid owner. What he needs is a change of Richards. Are you listening Childress?</description>
